Terms of Use for Circle Calculator

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the "Circle Calculator" app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you are under 18, you need your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. Advertisements

The free version of the App shows advertisements. Pro removes all ads.

4. Pro: Subscriptions and One-Time Purchase

• Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly or yearly) and may also be offered as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Use "Restore Purchases" in the App to restore Pro on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.
• We may change prices; existing subscribers are notified by Apple as required.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make calculations correct, but we do not warrant that the calculations or any other information in the App are accurate, complete or error-free. Check important results independently, especially for construction, engineering, exams or other work where an error could cause loss or harm. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monsware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
